- We only store metadata such as file names, paths, summaries, and search indexes so you can find information.
- You control where your documents live. We help you search and organize them.
- There is no vendor lock-in. You can stop using the service without losing your documents.

What information do we collect?
When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture so we can identify your account and display your profile.
You may also give us display preferences, workspace names and descriptions, storage locations, and team member email addresses.
We create summaries, search index data, account creation records, and workspace membership records when you use the service.
We do not store your actual document files. We only store information needed to locate and search them.
How do we use your information?
We may use external AI services to process documents for summaries and search. You can also configure your own AI service if you prefer.

- Help you search documents on your own storage system.
- Read documents from your storage to create search indexes and summaries.
- Answer questions about your documents.
- Let you share workspace access with your team.
- Keep your session active while you use the service.
Who else sees your information?
Google handles your login and provides the account information listed above. We do not share your document data with Google.
AI services may receive document content for processing when you search or ask questions, unless you configure your own AI service.
Team members you invite can see workspace information and search results, but they cannot access document files unless you separately share those files through your storage system.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
How long do we keep it?
- Account information stays until you delete your account.
- File metadata and search indexes stay until you delete them from our system.
- Search indexes stay until you remove the files from your workspace.
- Login sessions last 30 days, then you need to sign in again.
How do we protect it?
Because your documents stay on your storage system, the actual files cannot be accessed from our servers.
- We use secure Google login.
- We use encrypted HTTPS connections for data transfer.
- We check permissions before workspace information is accessed.
- We use role-based access so only invited people can see workspace metadata.
- We store search indexes with access controls.
Your rights
You can view workspace metadata, search indexes, and profile information. You can update your profile, delete workspaces you own, export metadata, and control who can access your workspaces.

Cookies
We use necessary cookies to keep you signed in, protect against attacks, and complete the login process. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Kids

We may update this policy. If we make significant changes, we will email you and give you 30 days notice. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new policy.
